Support & refund policy

Contributions made through this site are entirely voluntary. You are choosing to support a channel's ongoing work. You receive no product, service, membership, reward, or benefit of any kind in return — a contribution is not a purchase.

Refunds

Because your support is voluntary, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your transaction — no reason needed. After 14 days, we may still refund at our discretion where there has been a genuine issue (for example a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or an error).

Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account / payment method, typically within 14 business days of approval.

How to request a refund

Email support@superthanks.link with your name, the email address used at checkout, and the transaction ID or date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Monthly (recurring) support

If you set up monthly support, you can cancel at any time from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments). Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your most recent payment is covered by the 14-day window above.

EU / UK consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Disputes

You may also contact PayPal directly through the PayPal Resolution Center. We respond to all legitimate refund and dispute requests.
